High-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an imaging technique that does not use radiation based on a magnetic field and radiofrequency waves to study the organs of the human body in detail.

Nowadays, with the most modern equipment of 1.5 and 3 TESLA it is possible not only to study the brain, the spine and joints, but it is also the technique of choice for vascular, heart, liver and pancreas evaluation.
